丁宝坤，1941年 3月12 日出生，祖籍辽宁沈阳，现居深圳。国内知名精神医学专家和临床心理学专家、精神医学教授、主任医师、博士生导师。

1963年毕业于锦州医学院，分配到辽宁省神经精神病院，同年参加辽宁省精神科医师训练班。1978年参加东北三省的主治医师进修班（沈阳市只限一个名额），脱产学习一年。从1979年起任沈阳市神经精神病院精神科主治医师和科主任；1985年调到中国医科大学医学教研室基础部医学心理教研室，在校领导批示下于1988年2月 1日在中国医科大学第一附属医院开设心理门诊；1992年创办中国医科大学心理卫生联合医院，2000年初建立心理咨询师培训学校并兼任院长与校长；曾创办中国医科大学精神医学硕士、博士工作站。2004－2005年在辽宁省体育运动训练中心担任运动心理教练；2006年在沈阳空军463医院创建心理卫生中心门诊并建立病房；2019年联合创办深圳美灵星临床心理专科门诊部并出任精神科主任医师。

An affiliated hospital opened a psychological clinic; in 1992, the China Medical University Mental Health Joint Hospital was established, and in early 2000, a psychological counselor training school was bulit and she served as the dean and principal; she founded the China Medical University Psychiatry Master and Doctor Workstation.
